★What AI credit is
Every plan includes monthly AI credit for the “จดจำ” assistant, images and infographics, and reading receipts into the cashbook. The AI is ready to use, with no key to hunt for. One credit is roughly 0.10 baht, drawn down as you use it.

Prefer to control that cost yourself? Add your own Google Gemini key on your profile page. It covers every group in the account, and anything run on it draws no credit.
♦How sent messages are counted
This counts the messages the bot sends on its own, such as task summary cards, appointment reminders and other alerts, per recipient, because LINE charges per recipient. Replies when someone calls “จดจำ” are normally free and do not count toward this quota.
- Example: one summary card in a 10-person group is 10 messages. Sent on about 22 working days, that is about 220 a month.
- An answer that takes longer than about a minute, or whose reply fails, is sent as a new message instead and counts per recipient.
- The two notices we are required to give, telling members who controls the group’s data and warning before data is deleted, are always sent without counting.

Free for the first 30 days
Counted from the day you connect your first group. You get everything in Seed, including the AI assistant, images and infographics, and reading receipts into the cashbook.
During the launch promotion, every account is free until at least 31 October 2026.
When the free period ends, the AI assistant pauses and new messages and files are locked, but capture continues.
- If no plan is started within 30 days, accounts that have not accepted the data processing agreement stop capturing new data, and may be deleted after advance notice.
The free period also includes ChatGPT image generation, which is otherwise a Pro and Max feature. Starting on Seed moves that back to Gemini.
How to pay
Log in and raise an invoice on the Plan and billing page, then scan the PromptPay QR with the amount already embedded, or transfer through your organisation’s bank, and attach the slip or proof of transfer. If the system cannot confirm it automatically, our team checks and confirms it.
Full tax invoices are available (we are VAT-registered with e-Tax Invoice), and 1% or 3% withholding is supported: the invoice prints the exact net amount to transfer in every case.
Miss a renewal and everything keeps working for 14 days. After that the AI assistant pauses and new messages and files are locked until payment. Backup keeps running, and nothing is deleted.
